This service is available to Converse University's students, faculty, and staff. (NOTE: We will gladly make an exception for unaffiliated users requesting information that would be found in materials unique to the Mickel Library.) We will make every effort to respond within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Members of the library staff are typically available on weekdays. The kinds of questions we can answer via email:
- Brief factual questions
- Questions about the Mickel Library’s collections or services
- Questions about relevant resources for starting research on a particular topic
The kinds of questions we can’t answer via email:
- Questions involving in-depth analysis
- Questions that require us to interpret information for you
- Questions about the holdings in the University's Archives and Special Collections department.
